Refund policy

7 DAYS RETURN/EXCHANGE

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you
return your new and unworn item(s). Please make sure that all original tags are attached,
original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear.
All sales items are final sale. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
You have up to 7 days to return/exchange your order. Please contact us at
contact@sweetiepeachfashion.com to initiate a return/exchange. Please include your order
number and state the reason for the return. We will then contact you with the return
instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost/duties incurred on
return/exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages, so be sure to keep a
record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages
returned using C.O.D. service.
If you do not contact us before making a return, you run the risk of not receiving your refund
or exchange.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/EXCHANGE

Once we have received the returned package, we will send an email notification and
arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business days. Refunds are only for the
merchandise and will not include initial shipping costs and duties/taxes incurred. If you
qualified for free shipping and do not qualify after the refund, the shipping cost will be
deducted from your total refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We suggest inspecting your package upon arrival. In the rare case if there is a damaged
item, missing item or an incorrect item in the package, please contact us immediately at
contact@sweetiepeachfashion.com, we can resolve this promptly.
